Former President Donald Trump appeared in a Manhattan courtroom to enter a not-guilty plea to fabricating business records to conceal damaging information ahead of the 2016 presidential election.

Former President Obama was charged with 34 criminal counts for hush money made to adult film star Stormy Daniels, who says the couple had an affair. Trump, though, was nowhere to be seen as he left his Florida property to drive to New York for the court appearance.

Trump, who left New York soon after his court hearing, appeared at his Mar-a-Lago home to address in front of many of his most trusted and committed Republican supporters and legislators. Melania Trump was absent this time, and a former friend has spoken up to clarify what’s happening.

Melania Trump is staying out of sight for a good cause, according to her former staffer and best friend, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff. Melania knows about Trump’s relationships, according to Wolkoff, and has chosen to live in a “tower of denial.”

Melania finally broke the silence on Easter Sunday.

Before we get into the latest on Trump and his controversial behavior, let’s look at what sparked the former President’s newest catastrophe.

Stormy Daniels, an adult film star, reported meeting Trump for the first time in July 2006 at a celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, in a 2018 60 Minutes interview. Daniels was 27 at the time, and Trump was 60. He asked her to dinner in his hotel suite, and they met there. It was there that the two had their sexual encounter.

The adult film entertainer was invited to a Trump Vodka launch party in California and subsequently to his Trump Tower office in New York by the then-The Apprentice star.

“He never asked me to keep anything from anyone. “He called several times when I was in front of a large crowd, and I was like, ‘Oh my God, he’s calling,’” Daniels said on 60 Minutes.

“They were all like, ‘Shut up, Donald?’” And I’d put him on speakerphone, and he’d ask what I was up to and when we might get together again. This is a quick update; we met, and everything went well. There’s going to be something fantastic, they’re really into the concept,’ and I was like, mhmm, that part I never believed.”

Melania Trump had given birth to her and Donald’s son, Barron, just months before their first meeting.

“I inquired about Melania and Barron.” ‘Oh yes, well, you know, don’t worry about that,’ he said, brushing it off. We don’t even–we have separate rooms and everything.”

Trump reportedly invited Daniels to his bungalow at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles a year after the meeting. He tried to get her to appear on the spin-off show Celebrity Apprentice. It didn’t happen, but she told her version of the tale five years later.

Daniels spoke with a sister publication of In Touch Magazine about how she met Donald Trump. Daniels was paid $15,000 for the interview, which was never published.

According to accounts, Donald was approached by the magazine for remarks and discovered the truth. As a result, Michael Cohen, his attorney, vowed to sue the magazine.

Daniels was never compensated for the interview. A few weeks later, a man approached her in Las Vegas and threatened her.

“I was in a parking lot with my infant daughter on my way to a fitness class.” T- removing the chairs in the backseat that face backward, diaper bag, you know, getting everything out. And then a man approached me and said, ‘Leave Trump alone. “Forget the story,” Daniels said on 60 Minutes to Anderson Cooper.

“And then he turned around and looked at my daughter, saying, ‘That’s a lovely little girl.’” It would be tragic if something happened to her mother.’ He then vanished.”

Donald paid Daniels $130,000 in exchange for signing a non-disclosure agreement about their encounters in 2016 through his attorney Michael Cohen. According to CBS, she signed the contract eleven days before Trump won the 2016 presidential election.

Stormy Daniels was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on March 17, 1979. Stephanie Clifford is her real name, and she’s been writing, directing, and acting in adult films for over two decades.

Daniels was one of the most popular adult film actresses when she and Donald met at the celebrity golf event. She has three marriages and a daughter, Caden, born in 2011.

Donald Trump has pleaded not guilty to fabricating business documents to conceal potentially harmful facts before the 2016 presidential election. (in other words, to pay Stormy Daniels money for her not to reveal the affair).

In May 2018, he verified the existence of a non-disclosure agreement drafted by his attorney, Michael Cohen, with Daniels. However, the then-president maintained that no campaign funds were involved.

After appearing in court in New York City on Tuesday, Trump immediately flew back to Florida, where he delivered a speech to supporters, including numerous Republican leaders, later that night.

“I never imagined something like this could happen in America, never imagined it could happen.” “The only crime I’ve committed is defending our country fearlessly against those who seek to destroy it,” Trump declared. “It’s a slap in the face to our country.”

According to CNN, prosecutors indicated Tuesday that they plan to present the scope of what they have discovered within the next 65 days. Trump’s legal team has until August 9 to file motions, and the prosecution has until September 19 to respond.

Judge Juan Merchan said he would rule on the motions at the next hearing, planned for December 4, which Trump will attend.

Trump’s attorney, Jim Trusty, said Tuesday that he expects “robust” motions to be filed to suspend the prosecution. If not, he expects Trump’s attorneys to “see if there’s a way to try to push this earlier” than the December 4 hearing.

The former President’s son Eric Trump spent the day with his father. Tiffany Trump, Donald’s daughter, and her newlywed husband, Michael Boulos, were in attendance for his speech when they returned to Florida.

Donald Trump’s wife, Melania Trump, and his youngest son, Barron Trump, were absent.

Melania Trump is supposed to be unhappy with her husband over the Daniels affair. Still, she wants to keep a low profile, according to Melania Trump’s longtime staffer and best friend, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff.

Wolkoff told PageSix that Melania would support her husband, but that doesn’t mean she approves of his actions.

“Melania lives in a denial ivory tower,” Wolkoff remarked. “I was surprised to see her there. Her quiet is deliberate; it is her preferred weapon and protective armor.”

“I don’t believe Melania is embarrassed by his affairs — but she is angry,” she continued. “Of course, she is aware of Donald’s affairs; she is aware of everything.” Her quiet, though, is her dignity. She will always be there for her hubby.

Melania and Me: The Rise and Fall of My Friendship with the First Lady is Wolkoff’s forthcoming book. Stephanie and Melania initially met in New York City in 2003. Still, their friendship ended after a heated disagreement over the $26 million that Wolkoff’s company was paid to help arrange Trump’s inauguration. Wolkoff claimed that Melania “threw her under the bus.”

Melania Trump will not leave Trump, according to Wolkoff. Furthermore, the former assistant stated that Trump’s wife does not believe she is required to “answer or explain herself to anyone.”

“She knew what she was getting into when she married Donald; this is a transactional marriage.” “Her only means of survival is to pretend it never happened,” Wolkoff alleged.

“In private, Melania says people are just jealous, and she hoped the Stormy Daniels scandal would be forgotten.” Her coping strategy is never to allow her emotions to appear or impact her. I believe she’ll be back by his side at the next Mar-a-Lago social event.”

Melania Trump was spotted for the first time since Donald Trump’s arrest at Mar-a-Lago for Easter supper. The former First Lady and her husband were greeted with a standing ovation as they entered the ballroom at the Palm Beach, Florida-based private club.

Melania has not spoken out publicly since her detention, but she eventually broke the quiet during Easter with a tweet on her social media platforms.

“Merry Easter!” Melania Trump posted a picture of the rose on Twitter.

It was her first public posting since Trump’s arrest.

As previously stated, the next Trump matter hearing is scheduled for December 4. Melania would most likely not support her husband in court, according to former White House official Stephanie Grisham.

Melania’s former Chief of Staff told Inside Edition that Melania doesn’t have any sympathy for her husband.

“I would be shocked.” “I’d be surprised if she appeared in court,” Grisham added. “Because it has to do with Stormy Daniels. It’s not in her to stick by her man in such a situation.”

“She’s not lending him a lot of moral support, and I’m sure she’s still thinking: ‘You got yourself into this mess. I’m certainly not going to walk beside you and support you as you try to get out of it,’” she added.

Moreover, Stephanie said Melania was disgusted with Donald when she first learned about his alleged affair with Daniels.

“She always told me, ‘This is his problem,’” Grisham recalled.

In March, PageSix reported that Trump and his closest team were “pumped” about the media attention they were given as the indictment news began spreading. However, some were less than happy, including Melania, Trump’s daughter, Ivana, and her husband, Jared Kushner.

According to the PageSix source, Melania is doing everything she can to “protect” their son, Barron, as she “wants to be away from it.”

“Melania is laying low. She hasn’t been attending Mar-a-Lago dinners or activities. He is acting like everything is normal, but she hasn’t been social,” the insider told the news outlet.

“[Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner] have zero interest in this,” a source stated. “They are staying away and don’t want to be hounded by reporters. I don’t think you will see them defending him. It will be no comment.”

“Ivanka lost a lot of friends and her social scenes during his presidency … They want to put it behind them. “They want it behind them,” it said.
