Austin Lee Russell, also known as Chumlee to fans, reportedly told a judge on Monday that he would accept a plea offer on charges related to narcotics and weapons from a police raid on his Las Vegas home in March.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Russell will enter a guilty plea to one count of attempting to possess a restricted drug. As part of the plea agreement, a second felony weapon charge will be upheld.

In addition to serving three years of probation and going to therapy, Russell must hand over the weapons and drugs discovered on his property.

During Russell’s arrest on March 9, police claimed they found 12 weapons, a plastic bag containing marijuana, and a tiny amount of methamphetamine.

According to reports, handguns, rifles, and an MP5 assault rifle were among the weapons found. Police were looking into a sexual assault, so they were at Russell’s home. He was not charged in the sexual assault case but was released on bond after posting $62,000.

According to Fox News, the criminal case against Russell, 33, will be dropped if he continues to be trouble-free. He could spend two to five years in state jail if he doesn’t.

The next time Russell appears in court, he will enter a plea.

Investigators discovered prescription Xanax pills in his residence as well.

David Chesnoff, Russell’s lawyer, said that the reality star is eager to put the situation behind him.

In a statement, Chesnoff said: “We will be reviewing what was allegedly found and whether the alleged search was lawful in a courtroom, not in public.” Austin and I know the matter will be resolved fairly because we have faith in the legal system.

Russell was known for throwing crazy parties.

“He smokes a lot of pot and has a gun,” one source alleged.

Despite the History Channel’s refusal to comment, the network that airs Pawn Stars said last week that “for the time being, they are just letting the court system play out.”
